What was the highlight of Yamagata Grand Hotel
The accommodation was warm and comfortable
The location was close to restaurants and shops so that walking was the best option. The twin rooms were spacious. Rooms were clean and fit for purpose.
The double room was a little small and there was tile damage on the bathroom walls where you could see damage to the wall paneling. There also could have been more coat hangers in the hanging space, as we used all that was provided and would have liked a couple more, as it was winter during our visit. Perhaps the room was a little to hard to cool down if the heater was turned up too high. The boys had to get a key to open their window.
